You'll be joining a supportive, values-driven environment that encourages innovation and improvement.The role is based in Sheffield and they operate a flexible and hybrid model - 3 days on-site in Sheffield, with flex.Job DescriptionIn this role, you'll be a trusted partner to managers, advising on a full range of people matters. You'll work across a broad HR portfolio, providing policy guidance, coaching on employee relations, supporting change programmes, and driving performance and development initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Advising and coaching line managers on HR policies and proceduresManaging employee relations cases up to but not including those with employment tribunal riskSupporting organisational change projects, including role profiling and consultationSupporting performance management and development planningContributing to policy development in line with legislation and best practiceWorking with the HR team on pay review data and analysisPromoting continuous improvement and best practice across HR servicesThe Successful ApplicantWe're looking for someone who:Is CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)Has strong experience managing ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability, sickness)Can confidently coach and guide managers on HR mattersUnderstands employment legislation and can apply it effectivelyIs an excellent communicator, influencer, and relationship builderCan work at pace and juggle multiple prioritiesYou must be immediately available or available to start on short notice.
