Job Description

  • Lead and manage project plans to ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths
  • Track project milestones and deliver regular progress reports
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs efficiently
  • Implement project success measures and conduct project evaluations
  • Foster positive relationships with project stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to the company's standards and project management methodology

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Project Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in project management within the property industry
  • Expertise in project management software and tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • An innate ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
