We are seeking an Interim Procurement Manager to join a leading professional services business in Leeds or Manchester. The role will focus on procuring facilities management services, specifically office fit outs, HVAC and property leases.

Job Description

  • Manage and oversee FM procurement activities, specifically office fit outs, HVAC and property leases.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead contract negotiations to ensure favourable terms.
  • Proactively identify cost-saving opportunities within the procurement process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant procurement regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • Prior experience managing FM procurement activities within the professional services sector
  • Available to start straight away and commit to the full duration of the assignment
