Interim Policy Lead

London or Birmingham

Role:

  • Lead on a number of high profile Policy projects
  • Lead on the analysis, development and advocacy work for high profile and cross cutting policy issues
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders - establishing/maintaining the organisations relationship with various stakeholders, confidently representing the Regulator at a range of stakeholder meetings
  • Develop and share knowledge relevant to project(s) of current thinking and best practice within the wider regulatory field

The Successful Applicant

Interim Policy Lead

London or Birmingham

Essential:

  • Regulatory policy specialist with significant senior level experience of policy making
  • Proven experience of successfully leading major, complex policy change programmes and projects at pace, managing competing priorities
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Ability to translate complex policy areas to a wide range of audiences
  • Demonstrable background of developing and implementing policy projects
  • Excellent analysis skills
