Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsTo support the overall HR and people strategy within the business.Contract until the end of Dec 2025, based in Huddersfield.About Our ClientA leading global manufacturer and provider of solutions for industrial applications, based out of Huddersfield.Job DescriptionThe interim HR Advisor will:Work alongside the HRBP & HR Manager to drive the alignment and execution of the People Strategies & Plans in order to develop, keep and enhance the contribution of employees to the short and long-term business needs.Support and drive initiatives - ensure the culture and working environment is open, fair and equitable promoting an environment of open communication.Support and coach line managers in the implementation of core people processes - e.g., absence management, performance Management, disciplinary, grievance etc.Prepare training materials and arrange and deliver training/coaching for Line ManagersSupport the induction and on-boarding programme of new startersManage the planning of development/training activities to suit the business needs alongside the Training ManagerResponsible for managing ER cases from dismissal through to appeal and work with the HRBP & HRM on complex cases.Work with line managers to understand their needs and implement training and development plan to upskill their capability to deal with performance, ER, absence and conduct issues.Ensure Performance Management system is embedded to support achievement of company goals through individual objectives and the performance of these objectives.Liaise with OH regarding long term sickness and ill health assessments.
