The company is a large organisation based in the North East. They are looking for an Interim Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to come in and steady the ship for the next 6 months managing a team that consists of highly skilled professionals who are passionate about the work they do.

Job Description

  • Oversee the Accounting & Finance department
  • Being part of the SLT team, reporting to board
  • Drive financial planning and analysis
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Ensure financial compliance and regulatory reporting
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management
  • Provide leadership on business partnering across teams
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions



The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Head of FP&A should have:

  • A strong background in Accounting & Finance
  • Excellent financial planning and analysis skills
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory reporting
  • Experience in implementing financial systems and processes
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
