Job Description

  • Oversee all aspects of compliance within the Property department.
  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the compliance team.
  • Deliver regular compliance reports to senior management.
  • Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and develop corrective actions.
  • Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments within the sector.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Compliance should have:

  • Technically strong with proven relevant experience in a similar role within the sector
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
