Job Description

  • Responsibility month-end close process, ensuring accounts are reconciled, reviewed and comply with SOX requirements.
  • Co-ordinate inputs from the record to report team and other sub-teams in GBS finance and market finance teams.
  • Ensure excellence in day to day financial operations including the monthly sales close process, monthly journal entry, intercompany submission, company owned restaurant accounting, sales, bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Oversee monthly submissions to our US parent (sales, trial balance, income statement) and quarterly balance sheet and cashflow submissions, ensuring compliance with Global accounting policies and deadlines.
  • The Interim Financial Reporting Manager will work closely with the Senior Accountant and Financial Operations and Reporting Manager to ensure efficient internal and external audit processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Financial Reporting Manager should have:

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, operational excellence, and financial management practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse complex financial data to drive informed decisions.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives effectively.
