Job Description

  • Implement and manage financial processes and procedures
  • Provide expert advice on all finance-related matters
  • Lead the budget planning and forecasting process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure financial compliance in line with industry regulations
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports
  • Support the development and implementation of strategic financial plans
  • Manage and mentor finance team members

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Systems Specialist should have:

  • A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Expertise in a managerial or associate role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work as part of a team
