Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsThis is an interim contract position (inside IR35)Based in Wiltshire with hybrid workingAbout Our ClientMy client are a major business in the Wiltshire area and they are leaders in their filed of expertise.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities within this role:Identify pain points in the finance processes across O2C- Accounts Receivable & Collections, P2P - Accounts Payable & Expenses & R2R - Central reporting and recharges and work in collaboration with the Finance BPS team to identify and drive process improvementsRun focused clinics to improve processes and perform root case analysis to diagnose process failures in collaboration with existing teamsReview current key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics and establish any additional requirements to measure process performance and effectivenessWork with the Group Products Manager and Oracle support provider to drive system related issues resolutionLead change initiatives related to process improvementsBe the project-lead for the Finance Shared Service SOX processesBuild strong relationships with senior management and colleagues to achieve the goals you set shared services functionsAd-hoc projects as requiredThe Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate:A fully qualified Accountant - ACCA, ACA or CIMAExtensive experience in process management and process improvementSubject Matter Expert - AP, AR & GL (Good understanding of Finance processes)US GAAP knowledgeSOX ExperienceProven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable resultsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend effective solutionsHands on approachExperience of working in a fast-paced environmentAdaptable and strong communicatorThink outside the boxAbility to understand processes, identify failings and create quick and effective solutionsAbility to engage others and forge alliances with stakeholdersA strong performance mindset and ability to get the job doneWhat's on OfferThere is an excellent rate on offer of between £500-600 per day (depending on experience).
