Job Description

  • Providing financial advice and support to the property department
  • Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing performance and risks
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Evaluating and managing budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Collaborating with management on development and execution of funding strategies
  • Overseeing accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
  • Preparing comprehensive financial updates for senior management
  • Participating in key decisions as a member of the executive management team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
  • Strong understanding of property industry regulations and standards
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
