They are a very well known brand with an excellent market reputation.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities within the role:Support with Property analysis and decision making on lease dealsPreparing business cases - eg for store resitesTracking closure costs & separation costsAnalytical review of costs and incomes being chargedSupporting with finance separation workloadStock & logistics analysisSupport with developing new Commercial Finance reports (in Power BI or other systems)Support with planning cycles (budgets, strategic plans, re-forecasts)The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidate will possess the following:A full and recognised accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)Experience of Business PartneringExperience of working across business functions in a collaborative wayProven record of budgeting / forecasting / month end responsibilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organisational skills and a flexible attitudeProven ability of working with senior executivesHighly numerate and analytical and ability to present data to a compelling wayAdvanced Excel skillsWhat's on OfferThis position can be either day rate or on a fixed term contract basis and is a highly competitive rate/salary that will depend on experience.
