Job Description

  • Manage and reconcile intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Prepare and post intercompany journal entries in line with reporting deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of intercompany balance confirmations and settlements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve intercompany discrepancies promptly.
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes for intercompany transactions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analyses for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the intercompany accounting function.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Intercompany Accountant should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and intercompany processes.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
