Job Description

The Insolvency Paralegal will be:



  • Assisting in the preparation and filing of insolvency petitions and documents.


  • Conducting legal research and drafting correspondence related to insolvency matters.


  • Supporting senior solicitors in managing client relationships and case progression.


  • Maintaining accurate records and files in compliance with legal and firm standards.


  • Contributing to the development of internal processes and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

The Insolvency Paralegal should be:



  • A paralegal with experience in insolvency law or a related field.


  • Proficient in research and document preparation.


  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.


  • Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.
