Job Description

The Inquests Senior Associate will be:

  • Managing a caseload of inquest files for NHS clients, care homes, and other organisations.
  • Providing legal advice and support in complex and sensitive inquest matters.
  • Potentially engaging in broader healthcare advisory work alongside inquests.
  • Supporting junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Building strong client relationships and managing expectations throughout the process.

The Successful Applicant

The Inquests Senior Associate should be:

  • A solicitor or equivalent with 3-7 years PQE in inquests, healthcare law, or related fields.
  • Strong experience managing a caseload, particularly involving NHS and healthcare clients.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle complex and sensitive legal issues with care and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and practices is advantageous.
