Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for technology infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technological needs and objectives.
  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet product and pricing requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve favourable terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes and reduce costs.
  • Manage risk within the supply chain.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and advancements in technology infrastructure.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Infrastructure Technology Category Manager should have:

  • Experience with procurement of telecomms, infrastructure and hardware.
  • Experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • Proven expertise in managing technology infrastructure procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
