Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of global threat and vulnerability management strategies.
  • Oversee the identification and mitigation of potential cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure security measures align with company objectives.
  • Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to communicate security strategies and updates.
  • Develop and implement security training programs for staff.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation's security posture.

The Successful Applicant

Coming from a similar role, preferably from a finance or consultancy background, you'll bring the following skills & experience:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Information Security, Computer Science or related field.
  • A proven track record in managing threat and vulnerability in a large organisation, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols, infrastructure and network security.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a demonstrable track record of people management.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
