Job Description

  • Negotiate terms with suppliers to secure cost-effective contracts.

  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to forecast future product needs.
  • Manage supplier relationships and maintain a supplier database.
  • Oversee risk management processes within the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to optimise supply chain processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful indirect buyer should have:

  • Relevant academic qualifications in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
