Our team is expanding, due to continued growth are seeking a dedicated IFA Administrator to support the Independent Financial Advisers (IFA) in providing outstanding service their clients

Job Description

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Support: Assist in managing client appointments and communications, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and compliant client files, ensuring all documents are readily accessible.
  • Financial Administration: Prepare client valuations and process servicing tasks in line with client agreements.
  • CRM Management: Utilise various CRM systems to update and manage client data efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to team goals.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking individuals with:

  • Experience: Previous administration and customer service experience; financial services background is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
