Job Description

  • Lead and manage the hygiene team to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Implement and monitor hygiene processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the manufacturing and engineering teams for efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the team on hygiene regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage and maintain documentation related to hygiene management.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives in hygiene practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Hygiene Team Leader should have:

  • Experience in a Hygiene leadership role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene standards and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other related software.
