Job Description

  • Implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Managing complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and redundancy.
  • Advising managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge sharing best practice with them.
  • Developing HR policy and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.
  • Developing the company's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Supporting the company's strategic goals by identifying and analyzing employee training needs.
  • Monitoring adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Championing and supporting change management processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • An academic background in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in a managerial or associate role within the HR department.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and databases.
  • Adept problem-solving abilities with the capacity to handle pressure and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
