Job Description

A successful People Partner should have:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices in the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions.

  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
