With multiple office locations across the UK and a strong focus on delivering people-first solutions, they are committed to building a high-performing, inclusive culture through effective HR leadership and support.Job DescriptionAs an HR Business Partner, you will:Support the Facilities Management division across national sites, with regular travel and a presence in key offices (Manchester, Redditch, or Finsbury Park) at least three days per weekAct as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing expert HR guidance and coaching on all people mattersEnsure HR policies and processes are applied consistently and effectively to support business goalsLead or contribute to wider HR projects across the divisionSupport employee relations cases, ensuring timely and fair resolutionDrive employee engagement initiatives aligned with company valuesCollaborate with Centres of Excellence and the Shared Services team for specialised supportFacilitate performance and reward processes, including annual reviews and improvement plansAssist in change management initiatives, ensuring people impacts are well-managed and compliantHelp identify talent and support succession planning and development opportunitiesThe Successful ApplicantTo be successful in this role, you will have:A minimum of CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalentProven experience in a hands-on HR role, ideally within a business unit or multi-site settingStrong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesA practical, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to balance business and people needsExcellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skillsThe confidence to influence and support managers at all levelsCommercial awareness and a collaborative approach to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWillingness to travel and be visible across sites as neededWhat's on OfferA competitive salary range between £50,000 and £55,000Comprehensive benefits packageOpportunity for personal and professional growthInclusive and supportive company cultureIf you are an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a new challenge within the construction & property industry, we would love to hear from you.
