Job Description

  • Support the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to employees and management on HR-related queries.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and conducting interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate and deliver employee training and development programs.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including grievance and disciplinary procedures.
