Job Description

The key responsibilities:

  • Providing guidance and advice on HR policies and procedures
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies
  • Managing and supporting employee relations
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection process
  • Conducting performance management and employee evaluations
  • Delivering HR-related training programs
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards
  • Previous HR Officer / Advisor experience is essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and databases
  • Commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Previous FMCG experience is desirable
