Job Description

Duties of the HR Advisor role:

  • Overseeing employee relations and managing conflict resolution
  • Coaching and supporting the managers on complex ER casework
  • Managing recruitment processes and onboarding new staff members
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies
  • Leading HR projects as required
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
  • Implementing training and development initiatives
  • Coordinating performance management processes
  • Contributing to the positive culture and values of the company

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience in a similar HR role
  • Knowledge of current UK employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
