About Our Client

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role? We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator/Advisor to join our client in the energy sector on a 6-12 month contract basis. This is a standalone HR position offering the opportunity to manage a range of HR responsibilities with flexibility in working hours and the option for hybrid working.

Job Description

  • Provide HR advice and support across the business
  • Manage recruitment processes, from job postings to interview coordination
  • Administer employee relations and performance management activities
  • Maintain and update employee records
  • Assist with policy implementation and compliance
  • Provide general HR administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations



The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative or advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Experience with HR software/systems is a plus
