Job Description

  • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Support the HRBP in various HR functions during the restructuring period.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'HR Advisor' should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Experience in managing employee relations
  • Ability to design and implement HR strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
