This is a varied role, encompassing all aspects of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, policy development, and organisational change initiatives. You will provide advice and practical support to help them achieve their goals while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.Employee Relations (ER):Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management cases.
