They are currently seeking a HR Administrator to join their team in Shrewsbury on a temporary basis.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, including document management and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new staff, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases in compliance with organisational policies.
  • Respond to routine HR-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the coordination of training sessions and employee development initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and compile data as required by the HR department.
  • Ensure confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations in all HR activities.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems by offering suggestions and feedback.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within the Human Resources department.
  • A good understanding of HR processes and best practices in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Based full on-site on the outskirts of Shrewsbury
  • Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
  • Submit weekly timesheets, weekly pay
