Job Description

HR Administrator:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data compliance.
  • Support administration for investigation packs, ensuring all documents are recorded.
  • Handle general HR queries, managing the inbox.
  • Process driving licence checks, DBS checks on the update service, appraisals administration.
  • Ensure all HR documentation aligns with company policies and legal requirements.

The Successful Applicant

HR Administrator:

  • Previous experience in HR Administration role essential.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Microsoft office skills including Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
