Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring all records are accurately maintained.
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing contracts and organising induction materials.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures in a timely manner.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support payroll processes by collating and verifying relevant information.
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee development programmes.
  • Assist in organising recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
  • Contribute to the improvement of HR systems and processes by providing constructive feedback.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Admin should have:

  • A strong understanding of administrative processes and HR functions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
