Job Description

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as required.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare HR documents, such as contracts of employment and onboarding materials.
  • Respond to HR-related queries from employees in a timely manner.
  • Support the payroll process by ensuring all relevant data is submitted accurately.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within Human Resources.
  • A good understanding of HR processes and procedures.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the team.
