Job Description

HR Administrator - Key Responsibilities:



  • Managing employee records and ensuring HR system accuracy.


  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including right-to-work checks and contracts.


  • Handling day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers.


  • Assisting with payroll administration, benefits processing, and leave calculations.


  • Supporting policy reviews and compliance with employment legislation.


  • Coordinating training schedules and maintaining learning & development records.

The Successful Applicant

HR Administrator - What We're Looking For:



  • Previous HR administration experience or a strong understanding of HR processes.


  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.


  • Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office, and record-keeping.
