We are seeking a diligent HR Admin to assist in the daily functions of the Human Resources department in a reputable industrial / manufacturing company based in Sheffield.

Job Description

  • Supporting administrative tasks within the HR department.
  • Assisting with recruitment procedures and coordination of interviews.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of HR projects.
  • Providing support in employee engagement activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the HR team in the implementation of HR strategies.
  • Responding to internal and external HR enquiries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Admin should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience in an HR administrative role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.
  • A strong commitment to confidentiality.
