Job Description

  • Deliver expert first-line HR support with professionalism, efficiency, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Be the welcoming face of HR, managing reception and calls to ensure every visitor and query is handled seamlessly.
  • Take ownership of HR Service Portal requests, ensuring all cases are assigned within 24 hours.
  • Act as the go-to HR contact, providing guidance on enquiries while escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Build strong customer relationships, listening attentively to needs and delivering effective solutions.
  • Drive resolution of HR queries, ensuring accurate and timely responses even when specialist support is needed.
  • Work collaboratively with HR colleagues to balance workloads and support seamless service delivery.
  • Manage a variety of HR transactions



The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Strong computer literacy, including capability in email, MS Office and HR software.
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
