The company's UK branch, based in Banbury, is a vital hub of operations.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities for the HR Administrator (SAP)Provide administrative support to the HR departmentSAP SuccessFactors (HCM) - ensure correct data entry for new starters, changes and leavers based on accurate and timely template submissions. Raise relevant reports as required according to business needs directly from the system. Build and run reports directly from the system covering monthly employee KPI's (movers/leaver/starters) to support the HRBPs.Assist with recruitment by posting job ads and managing responsesPrepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guidesRespond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requestsMaintain records of personnel-related data in databases and ensure they are up-to-dateSupport with note taking during Employee Relations meetingsHR team Purchase Order management. Ensuring strict adherence to company procurement policies. Oversee the creation, tracking, and processing of goods receipts, and collaborate with the finance department to streamline financial workflows and ensure accuracyCollaborate with the team to develop HR plans and strategiesAssist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedbackThe Successful ApplicantA successful HR Administrator (SAP) should have:HR Administrator experienceKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesFamiliarity with social media recruitmentStrong ability in using HR Systems such as SAP & MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)Ability to handle data with confidentialityGood organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsWhat's on OfferA salary range of £28,000 to £33,000 yearlyHybrid working (3 days in the office)Competitive benefits package (to be confirmed)Opportunities for personal and professional developmentA vibrant and inclusive company cultureA chance to work in the thriving FMCG industryLocation: BanburyThis is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to kick-start their career in the FMCG industry.
