Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsAn award winning law firm are looking with an excellent culture.Take on a wide remit in a growing role.About Our ClientAn award winning Law Firm who have seen highly positive growth over the last 5 -10 years, operating across 12 offices internationally and supporting a wide range of high profile clients.Job DescriptionThe Legal Counsel role will include the following responsibilities:Providing accurate, relevant and timely advice on a variety of legal and compliance topics that relate to the Firm and its business or services, including corporate, commercial, data protection and compliance.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts on behalf of the Firm.Working closely with the Firm's Knowledge, Management and Operations teams to review, design and maintain appropriate company precedents, practice notes, policies and procedures.Staying up to date with changes to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the Firm and conducting legal research and analysis.The Successful ApplicantSuitable candidates for the role of Legal Counsel will have the following qualifications / experience: Qualified solicitorProven experience in a wide range of areas that include, but not limited to: Commercial,, Corporate, Litigation, and Data Protection & Compliance.Knowledge of Law Firm operations is essential.Experience in operating in both a Law Firm and an In-House Environment would be beneficial.What's on OfferStrong & competitive base salary and benefits package.
