Job Description

The In-house Commercial Property Solicitor will be / have;

  • Advising on a wide range of commercial property matters including lease renewals, licences to alter, assignments, and ad hoc real estate issues
  • Working closely with the Head of Commercial Property to manage key projects
  • Managing your own caseload while collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Supporting the wider legal team
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of legal strategies for key property projects



The Successful Applicant

The In-house Commercial Property Solicitor should be:

  • A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 2 years PQE plus in commercial property law
  • Proven experience advising on lease agreements, renewals, and commercial property transactions
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders
  • Experience working in an in-house or private practice environment
  • A proactive and commercial approach to problem-solving and legal advice
  • Be able to work near Bradford on a hybrid basis
