Job Description

  • Manage and respond to helpdesk queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance or service requests as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service logs.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver excellent service.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Helpdesk Admin should have:
