Perform field troubleshooting & technical assessment for heaters & refractory.Participate in major turnarounds and emergency plant shutdowns providing support to resolve heaters & refractory issues Provide technical support to maintenance organizations.Calculate remaining life of heater tubes and provide safe and optimized tube replacement schedule.Perform investigations of heaters & refractory failures to identify root cause(s) and to prevent reoccurrence of such failures.Developing repair procedures as required. Review detailed drawings and material specification as requested.
