This will include:Implementing effective safety policies.Ensuring compliance with all safety standards.Developing and delivering safety training programmes for all employees.Conducting regular risk assessments and safety audits.Managing and resolving any safety-related issues.Collaborating with other departments to promote safety culture.The Successful ApplicantThe successful Health & Safety Consultant will have:Previously worked in a similar multi-site position within Health & Safety.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Designed and delivered training programmes that engage operational employees.The ability to work collaboratively with other departments.What's on OfferDay rate c£500.Hybrid working with travel to multiple sites across the UK (Wolverhampton Head Office) so the successful candidate can be based anywhere in the UK as long as they are open to travelling.c6 month contract.This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to make a difference in the H&S department and the wider business.
