Job Description

The Health and Safety/Regulatory Senior Associate will be:



  • Leading regulatory defence matters including corporate manslaughter and gross negligence cases


  • Handling health and safety, environmental, and motor crime investigations and prosecutions


  • Advising across multiple industries on regulatory compliance and defence strategy


  • Managing ancillary inquests linked to regulatory cases


  • Collaborating with a wider team of specialists to deliver robust client advice

The Successful Applicant

The Health and Safety/Regulatory Senior Associate should be:



  • A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in regulatory or health and safety law


  • Experienced in corporate manslaughter/gross negligence manslaughter cases


  • Skilled in managing investigations and prosecutions across health and safety and environmental sectors


  • Confident advising clients from diverse industries


  • Able to work independently and lead case teams effectivel
