Head of the UK, Invoice Finance

Exciting opportunity to join Global Invoice Finance provider that provides flexible working capital solutions as their Head of the UK, Invoice Finance. UK (home based, ideally London or Central Corridor) Key metrics for the role include:

· Managing a core UK portfolio of €40m (monthly funding of €20m).

· Strikezone for their business model today is to provide invoice funding lines from £200k up to £5m but they would go up to £10m for the right clients.

· Their expertise is funding single invoice, single debtor and multiple invoice/debtor transactions for clients. This also included either domestic or wholly international transactions (UK sales to either UK or cross border countries).

· They can fund in Euro/GBP and USD.

· They currently have 100 Active UK clients and growing.

· Responsibility for both sales and relationship managers in the team.

· Staff of 5 but looking to grow team and footprint aligned to growth.

· Marketing team and IT teams exist in-house for use.
Leadership and Strategy:​

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market penetration in the UK.​
  
• Lead and manage the UK team (two Business Development and two to three Client RM, growth plans to 10), fostering a high-performance culture.​
  
• Collaborate with senior management to align UK operations with global objectives.​
  

Client Management:​

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Including brokers, debt advisors and potential partner banks​
  
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.​
  
• Oversee the delivery of tailored financial solutions to meet clients' working capital needs.​
  

Financial Expertise:​

• Utilise in-depth knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in trade and receivables finance.​
  
• Provide expert advice to clients on managing liquidity and optimising cash flow.​
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.​
  

Operational Excellence:​

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.​
  
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.​
  
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.​
  

Market Expansion:​

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand their footprint in the UK.​
  
• Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.​
  
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients.​​
