Job Description

  • Define and deliver a long‑term real estate strategy aligned with organisational goals
  • Translate complex data into clear, board level insights, influence senior decision making, and lead teams through significant projects
  • Lead an estates management team and trusted external partners to deliver compliant, cost effective outcomes
  • Oversee acquisitions, disposals, leases, and due diligence
  • Drive innovation and best practice across estates operations
  • Partner with HR and senior leadership to align space planning with workforce trends
  • Ensure legal and landlord compliance in major projects
  • Manage budgets, mitigate risk, and uphold statutory obligations

The Successful Applicant

The successful Corporate Head of Real Estate should have:

  • MRICS or FRICS qualified, with substantial estates leadership experience
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record in estates optimisation and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with expertise in acquisitions, disposals, and property law
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to present complex matters with clarity
  • Skilled in workforce planning and data‑led decision making
  • Highly organised, resilient, and delivery focused
  • Flexible to travel across the UK as required
