This is a high-visibility role in a business that is set to scale rapidly, offering a chance to build on existing momentum and shape the department's success.Leadership and Management Experience: Proven track record of managing and inspiring sales teams, ideally within B2B sales, outbound contact centres, or appointment-setting environments.Sales Excellence: A strong, results-driven sales approach with a history of achieving and exceeding targets.B2B Expertise: Experience in business-to-business sales, demonstrating stability and success in leadership roles.Progression-Ready Leadership: This could be your first Head of Telesales role, provided you can demonstrate the leadership qualities and experience to step up effectively.The Successful ApplicantFor this role we are looking for an established leader who is capable of overseeing 2 teams, one based in each location.
