Growing Consumer Brand in Greater Manchester, who are seeking a Head of Supply Chain

Job Description

Key responsibilities for a Head of Supply Chain in a business using SAP and aiming to drive change management:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives, leveraging SAP capabilities to enhance efficiency.
  2. Change Management Leadership: Lead change management initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  3. SAP Integration: Oversee the integration and utilization of SAP modules (e.g., Logistics, Sales and Distribution, Inventory Management) to streamline operations
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners, to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives
  5. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the stability and resilience of the supply chain
  6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  7. Training and Development: Provide training and support to staff on new processes and SAP functionalities to ensure successful adoption

The Successful Applicant

Ideally, the sucessful candidate will have the following background:- Supply Chain Manager / Head of Supply Chain experinece

- Exposure to FMCG supply chain and growing operations would be benefitial

- SAP experience

- Management Experience

- Successful at driboing Change Management
