  • Drive increased organic reach and audience engagement through innovative social media initiatives.
  • Conduct A/B testing and establish feedback loops to continuously optimise content performance.
  • Focus on achieving specific business objectives, including lead generation and conversion funnels, through social media.
  • Create engaging and impactful content tailored to a luxury audience.
  • Analyse social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies for growth.
  • Oversee the effective utilisation of paid media to maximise social campaign effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain a sophisticated and aspirational brand image across all social media platforms.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven ability to develop and implement social media strategies that drive significant organic reach and engagement.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience in creating engaging and impactful content that resonates with a luxury audience.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of the modern retail brand D2C method of promotion and playbook.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Experience working at a reputable social media agency or brand with a proven track record of success, particularly with direct-to-consumer disruptors or content-led companies.
  • Willingness to relocate to the UAE from an international market.
