Our client is a PE backed B2B Saas organisation with an international presence.

Job Description

The successful Head of Sales Operations will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies.
  • Report directly to the CEO.
  • Drive productivity through better tools, automation, and processes.
  • Collaborate with the sales department to boost sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales training to team members, such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, etc
  • Look to standardise GTM across the different business regions
  • Monitor Marketing activities, ensuring relevance and quality of leads.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of growth strategies.
  • Manage resources efficiently to optimise growth and profitability.
  • Ensure all business activities align with the company's vision, mission, and values.

The Successful Applicant

As successful Head of Sales Operations, you should have:

  • A track record working for a IT B2B SAAS organisations, preferably with an SME client focus
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance.
  • Excellent understanding of sales business operations and processes.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of different sales methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
  • The ability to travel internationally and their Hertfordshire office
  • Ideally a 2nd language in either German or Spanish.
