Job Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve growth and revenue objectives.

  • Identify and establish key partnerships within the Events industry - specifically with venues.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and manage key client relationships.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Sales should have:
